Choi is a highly decorated homicide detective with an exceptional closure record. One evening, while heading home, his taxi driver unexpectedly stops in a remote area and attacks him with a knife. In the ensuing struggle, Choi kills the driver. Fearing the impact on his career, he cleans up the scene and flees.
