Sing is a central area China cowboy who shows up in Hong Kong to visit his Uncle "Blackie Tat". While Sing stays with his uncle and his companions in their loft, Blackie before long learns of Sing's otherworldly capacity to see through objects and, later on, his capacity to change playing a game of cards by scouring them. He exploits this and transforms Sing into the Dou Seng or the "Holy person of Card sharks". Subsequent to getting into a battle with a few rear entryway speculators, he meets the wonderful Yee Mong, a colleague for the "Lord of Players", and becomes charmed by her. Sing rapidly turns into an opponent to the Lord and should win his direction through a world contest to demonstrate his expertise.
